Crappy Satirical Website Officially Launches

Supposedly “funny” website Pixel Grater officially launched today after it was cleared to sell adverts on it like some kind of internet whore. The “site” “consists” of several articles all about taking the piss out of video game news (LIKE THAT’S NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE). Featuring stuff like Top 5 lists (because 10 is obviously too high a number for these morons) reviews for games they haven’t played (because that would make them credible) a fake Q&A diary from a fictional EA division (FAKE AND GAY) and reporting news that hasn’t happened (because journalism is for people who deserve respect) the site is expected to bomb and be forgotten about in about a month. Site co-founder and super loser Lewis Dunn said in an interview “Why are you being so harsh? It’s just a fun website, we want to have a go at making some money off doing something we love, you don’t have to be so harsh. Also, you are me, what is wrong with you?”

The site is expected to continue to do what it’s doing thinking it’s so clever for at least a year, as that is how long the rental of the server is expected to last for (see, rental, they can’t even be bothered to buy their own). The website also recently ran an article taking the piss out of itself in an attempt to be “humorous” and to show they can “take a joke”. Yeah, well, pixelgrater.com is shit and fake and bad and only casual gamers like it and I’d rather read a book of poo than read it. So there.

About Lewis Dunn

Lewis got into gaming as a child, when he was handed the portable version of crack cocaine, known colloquially as Tetris. He would spend hours trying to make blocks form lines so they would disappear never to return. At the age of 8 he had his first existential crisis as to what happens to blocks that disappear. Lewis has a deep love of humour in games, with some of his favourites being No More Heroes, Brutal Legend & Portal. Lewis enjoys writing bios in the third person.
